Orbito - Privacy Policy

1. Information Collected

• Orbito does not require any personal identifiable information in order to be used.
• I (The developer) do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• I may collect minimal anonymous information necessary to keep improving the game.
• All game data is stored locally on your device. Your milestones can optionally be recorded in Game Center.

2. Game Center

• Orbito integrates with Apple Game Center to provide achievements and leaderboards.
• Use of Game Center requires you to have an Apple ID and agree to Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
• Orbito does not collect or store any personal account information from Game Center. All data related to your Game Center profile is managed directly by Apple.

3. In-App Purchases

• Orbito may include In-App Purchases to provide additional and optional benefits, such as increasing in-game resources.
• All transactions are securely handled and processed directly through Apple.
• I do not track your purchase history, and purchases cannot be associated with your personal identity by me.
• Non-consumable purchases can be restored at any time. You can manage your purchase preferences in your Apple ID account settings.
